Riders with luggage
Transportation of luggage and other items belonging to the rider can be carried out both in the trunk and in the rider compartment of the car, provided that the luggage passes freely through the doorways of the car.
If a rider is travelling with luggage, please make sure that:
- The luggage fits into your vehicle
- You assist the client with loading and unloading their luggage
- When you unload the luggage, you don't leave it by the entrance of any building, station or place at which it may get in the way.
