I don't receive orders
If you don’t receive order requests, make sure:
- You are using the latest app version
- You are located in the service area. You can also see the areas with higher demand on the map in the app.
- You have a stable internet connection
- Battery save mode is turned off.
If you have any outstanding commission, you may not receive orders with a cash payment method. Please settle it with Oneplaine to receive cash rides as well.
