If your balance is a negative figure, you can pay this amount to Oneplaine using one of the following methods:

• Card payment
• Bank transfer

Card payment

• Tap on Pay to Oneplaine
• Select the payment method Card 
• Enter your card details
• Tap on Pay now
• Once the payment has been successfully completed, a payment confirmation will be displayed on the screen and you will be redirected back to Oneplaine Driver app
• The payment will be reflected in your driver balance within 48 hours.

Bank Transfer

• Tap on Pay to Oneplaine
• Select the payment method Mobile banking
• You will receive a virtual account number to be used in place of a reference number. This number can be used for only one payment and is valid for 24 working hours only.
• Use your banking app, agent or bank to deposit the payment. You will receive an in-app payment notification once the payment has been successfully completed.
